Description: Modern Piping was the successful bidder on the new 114,000 square foot facility art museum and was responsible for the complete mechanical systems including plumbing and HVAC. The temperature and humidity parameters for the HVAC system were a crucial portion of this project due to the sensativity of the art objects to be displayed and stored.
