Mike Shive has been an integral member of the Modern
Piping team for 19 years. Mike’s responsibilities
include Project Management, Mechanical Designer, and
Estimator. Mike is heavily involved with the Design
Build and Industrial markets for Modern Piping.
After graduating from the University of Missouri-Rolla,
with a B.S.M.E, Mike worked as an HVAC/Piping design
engineer for Black and Veatch. Working on complex Department
of Energy/Defense projects in their Industrial Special
Projects Division.
In 1988, Mike joined the Modern Piping team. For 19
years Mike has been a valuable asset to Modern Piping's
Industrial and Design Build clients. Mike has been on
site at the General Mills facility for 17 years, designing
and managing complicated and fast track industrial projects.
Mike also has performed project management/engineering
for many Industrial and Commercial projects ranging
from the 72,900sf cold storage warehouse expansion for
Heinz, to numerous Commercial, Medical, and Religious
facilities.
Mike's engineering and 19 years of mechanical construction
bring invaluable experience to any project team, assuring
a well designed, and managed project resulting in a
successful, on time, and with-in budget project. |
