Dennis Trout’s 37 years experience in the construction
industry speaks for itself. His plumbing development
began in Cedar Rapids for MPPPP as an apprentice and
continued in the field for additional 5 years as a journeyman.
As field superintendent for jobs as the Genencor Plant,
Penford Mendall, U of I Pharmacy School and Cedar River
Paper, Dennis acquired the knowledge to understand the
intricacy of the Design/Build process. Dennis’s
accomplishments include a 10 year membership on the
Marion Plumbing Board and a current member of the Metropolitan
Plumbing Board. These memberships show Dennis’s
dedication to the local community while staying abreast
of the current changes within the plumbing and HVAC
industry.
The detail that Dennis shows to each project he is managing
is evident by the quality and organization that these
