Modern Piping was the successful bidder
for a $3.5 million mechanical, LEED Certified project for the
McGraw-Hill Companies at their new regional headquarters. Modern
Piping was responsible for the complete plumbing and HVAC design
and installation within this 145,000 square feet, 4-story, office
complex located in Dubuque, Iowa. The design-build process enabled
this fast track project to be completed on time and within budget
in August, 2007.
