Modern Piping believes in the construction team concept, which is considerably more important during a design-build project. Communication with the owner, general contractor, and other subcontractors is crucial at all points in the project.

A meeting with our engineers, the owners’ representative, all concerning parties is set up to establish the design parameters and requirements. At that time, any special requirements are discussed to enable them to be incorporated into the final design. We work with our customers and recommend what we feel will best suit them for the size and type of facility.

Upon completion of the design parameters, the budgeting and preliminary design begin. During the design and budgeting phases, periodic reviews with the owner are performed. This helps prevent any surprises to both the owner and our design team. A final review is scheduled and final construction drawings are completed.

During the construction of the project, detailed as-built drawings will be kept by our field superintendent. A completed copy will be furnished at the completion of the project. Modern Piping is committed to our customers to provide the highest quality and most cost effective product possible.
