Modern Piping was selected to provide design-build
services for 120,000 square feet combination laboratory and
office building located at their world headquarters campus,
in Cedar Rapids, IA . The project included the design and installation
of a chilled water and hot water reheat systems, as well as
plumbing services. This fast track project was completed in
December, 2006. Due to the success of the initial project, we
are currently working on the next phase of expansion slated
to be 150,000 square feet of similar space.
