This project was a complete gut and
remodel of an existing 48,000 square feet, 5 floor, Cedar Rapids
downtown building built in 1928. Modern Piping provided high
efficiency and environmentally friendly HVAC solutions by designing
and installing a heatpump system. The heatpump system allowed
tenant-specific temperature control and billing as an additional
benefit to the client.
