Modern
Piping was responsible for the plumbing and HVAC on a design-build
basis for this high visibility project. This project included
a 200-room high-rise hotel with an attached state-of-the-art
Casino totaling 325,500 square feet. This project started in
March of 2006. Modern Piping ensured the Casino opened on time
and within budget in July 2007.
