Modern Piping has two specialized fabrication shops
located at our home office in Cedar Rapids, Iowa capable of prefabricating
and shipping materials throughout the United States. |

| HIGH PURITY FABRICATION SHOP |
| Our high purity fabrication shop was completed
in 2002 and is dedicated to the fabrication of stainless steel piping. Individual
welding stations are powered separately to insure clean uninterrupted power
is delivered to the AMI 207HP orbital welding machines. This stand-alone
facility includes exhaust fans for argon removal, epoxy coated flooring,
dedicated ventilation system, stainless steel pipe racks, and plastic shelving
to assure quality and cleanliness. |
| CARBON STEEL FABRICATION SHOP |
| An extensive remodeling of the carbon steel fabrication
shop was completed in 2007, including the addition of improved power, new
lighting, material-handling, and ventilation equipment. Modern Piping can
handle the fabrication of ¼” to 48” piping in this facility.
The fabrication of fiberglass and other specialty piping occurs in this
facility as well. Modern Piping also maintains transportation equipment
ready to ship your critical items from these facilities to your location. |
